As you may know, the Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI) released a poll last month called “Chosen for What? Jewish Values in 2012.” The survey is the most comprehensive and representative study of its kind conducted by a non-Jewish research organization, and its findings tell us much about the kinds of experiences and values that influence American Jews’ political beliefs and Jewish identity, the issues of importance to American Jews, and the role they think synagogues should play in pursuing social justice and advocacy. We have put together an exclusive webinar for PRRI’s CEO, Robby Jones, to brief Reform rabbis on the results of the survey. IPlease be in touch with Deborah Swerdlow (dswerdlow@rac.org) if you have any questions. |
