Training for Intentional Interim Rabbinic Work

CCAR's Intentional Interim training program furthers the CCAR's commitment to provide expertise to rabbis wishing to serve interim congregations, to teach skills that apply in every work setting for those who may wish additional professional development, and also to assist those considering the possibility of interim work in the future, perhaps in retirement. These opportunities further the CCAR mission of providing our members with specialized training, in this case the skill sets for work in congregations undergoing significant change and/or crisis in order to bring healing and health through the transition.
