The May two-day intensive will provide tools and skills to create a strong foundation as you start a new congregational position. The intensive will look at the difference between change and transition, understanding the organizational landscape, and will provide an opportunity to develop your own transition plan.
Follow-up sessions on Wednesday, August 18, 2027 1:30–3:00 PM ET and on Wednesday, October 20, 2027, 1:30–3:00 PM ET will enable the group to connect again at critical times in the first year.
